Note: Cancellations under the above circumstances will not be taken into account.

Terms and Conditions

1. Payments are to be made for the whole course unless otherwise specified. Payments are due in full 1 week prior to the commencement of the course. For students who enroll partway through the course term, parents may pay pro rata for the remaining classes, except home materials.

Make-up classes must be taken within the course term and a maximum of 1 classe may be carried forward to next semester on discretion.

If available dates for make-up lessons do not match your child’s availability, you may make up in the other programs offered at Tiny Seed Kinder Studio.

2. All children and participating adults for Kindermusik classes are required to wear socks. Reception has socks on sale for those who forgot to bring their own

3. Please switch off mobile phones during class to avoid disturbance

4. Please do not take photos or video during class to avoid disturbance

5. No food and drink in class. If your child needs a drink, please go to the reception area

6. Kindermusik Village baby may require a towel to lie on the floor during class

7. For Kindermusik Village and Our Time programs, the adults are the actual students in the class as they will re-create and extend the musical activities at home. Young children learn best in their familiar environment and we encourage adults to continue this music experience

8. For Kindermusik Village and Our Time programs, no certificate of participation will be issued unless requested by parents and attain an 80% and above attendance. An adminstration fee of $30 will be charged.

9. For Imagine That! and Young Childprogram, certificate of participation will be issued upon the completion of all 4 components of the program together with an 80% and above attendance. A progress report will be given at the end of each component

10. Any missed Kindermusik lesson from current semester can only be carried forward to the next semester under the following condition: a)Parents have to call our studio on or before the day of absence to be counted as a missed class. b)If the unit in the current semester consists of 5, 8 or 12 lessons, only 1 lesson can be carried forward, or c) If the unit in the current semester consists of 15 lessons, a maximum of 1 lessons can be carried forward

11. Teacher has to be notified of any food allergy of a child before the start of class

12. Students of KinderChef must bring their own apron. Our studio has limited supply for borrowing

13. For all piano and instrumental students - the first 7 days of the Lunar Chinese New Year are the annual holidays of teachers in our studio. Any lesson falls into these 7 days will be counted as 1 proper lesson and no make-up class will be given.
14.The paid fees will not be postponed or refunded.
